We want you to love your Vijewelance Ultrasonic UV-C Cleaner. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and visibly unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@vijewelance.com, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. For any defective or damaged items, we will gladly accept an exchange or return request within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds
